Hey Guys!
I'm new to this blog stuff so please bear with me. I wanted an easier way to keep everyone updated on my life abroad and I think this is the best way! I hope to keep everyone updated frequently and load pictures too!
Right now I am hanging out in Athens and working until I leave. I fly out of Atlanta on February 17th at 6:25pm. I have a three hour lay-over in London and arrive in Verona, Italy around 2pm (which is 8am eastern time).
During my ten weeks abroad I will be staying and taking classes in Verona, Italy which is between Milan and Venice in Northern Italy. There are 22 people on the trip and almost all go to UGA. I'm excited to meet them all and experience new things with them. My roommate and I have been planning weekend excursions. We've talked about Paris, Barcelona, Salzburg, Prague,Cinqe Terre and a few more. We only have class four days a week and will have almost every weekend free. As a group we'll go to Munich at the beginning of April and at the end of April we all go to Florence for four days and Rome for four days. Currently I am flying back to the states on May 1.
